Delivery times

Products may have different delivery times based on type and quantity. The simplest products are delivered within 10 days of ordering while the more complex ones such as upholstered furniture and tables have waiting times that can reach 60 days from ordering. In any case, delays may accumulate, mainly due to the period of the current year (August and December) or to events external to the company.

In all cases, delivery times are only an indication and it is possible that the times may be different from those reported.

Returns and Refunds

• To receive a refund, please use the form found in the "Order Withdrawal" link on the Home Page.
  
• Then, the case will be evaluated internally to verify whether the conditions for a refund are met.
• The item must be returned by the customer to the manufacturer in the same condition in which it was shipped.
• If these conditions are met, the item must be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once the return has been processed and the merchandise has been carefully inspected to ensure it matches the photos provided by the customer, the refund will be processed via the payment method selected by the customer (Paypal, Credit Card, IBAN).
  
• If the item is intact and in the same condition in which it was shipped, the order will be refunded in full, including shipping costs.

Transport

Transports, related to the order placed by the end customer within the site www.anonimacastelli.com are at the expense of the end customer. Transport is free for orders over 500.00 Euro and only for some product categories.

In any case, orders arriving from non-EU countries, such as Switzerland, Norway, Bosnia and Serbia will always be subject to payment and borne by the end customer.

Rates are modulated based on location, distance and quantity of items ordered. It is possible that rates change based on location even within the same country (eg Sicily, Balearic Islands, etc.).
