Introduction

Axis community seating is designed specifically to offer infinite intergenerational use cycles. The goal is to create products that embody not only sustainability but also durability and repairability. We aim to offer organizations that manage auditoriums, halls, and classrooms the ability to repair Axis seating, saving costs in infrastructure management and freeing up funds to reinvest in the cultural and educational enrichment of the community.

Inspection

The preliminary phase is the most crucial part of the renovation project, as it analyzes the current state of the Axis seating to provide a final estimate that closely matches the client's budget and objectives. Furthermore, any logistics management and any potential issues that may arise during the operational phase are analyzed.

Disassembly

The disassembly phase requires accuracy and speed. The seats are removed from the bars and stored on-site for transport to our workshop in Fiume Veneto. It's crucial during this phase that all components are properly preserved to avoid losing items that will be needed for subsequent phases.

Renovation

When the chairs arrive at the workshop, they are disassembled: the mechanisms are separated from the seat, backrest, and screws. The mechanisms are checked to ensure the proper functioning of the internal components and the correct spring load. The old seats and backrests are then disposed of as they are no longer useful. The new seats and backrests, antiflame certified, are assembled together with the restored mechanisms to create a new, functional Axis chair.

Assembly

The Axis chairs are then transported to the location where they were dismantled to be reassembled exactly as they were before, or at least according to the customer's instructions. At this stage, final checks are made to ensure the quality of the components and their proper assembly and operation. Any missing components or other issues are reported to the workshop, which will take care of the future repairs.

Final Result

Once assembly is complete, Axis seating is ready for use. We recommend performing maintenance on the mechanisms every 10 years if any issues have been identified. This ensures a long life and lasting enjoyment of your classroom, hall, or auditorium.
