a. Subjects who act as data processors: subjects whose interaction is necessary for the provision of services. Subjects in charge of carrying out technical maintenance activities: managers and maintainers of the Wabi website; MailUp for newsletter services, PrestaShop services; server maintainer / server plan services, responsible for website improvement – provided that Users accept Cookies, management of shipping orders, etc.

b. Subjects, bodies or relevant authorities to whom it is mandatory to transmit the User’s personal data pursuant to legal provisions or judicial measures;

Please note: the MailUp newsletter service is a mailing platform that, by means of statistical tracking systems, notifies of information such as: the opening of emails, the clicks on the hypertext links included in emails, the IP address or the type of browser used to open emails, and other similar features. MailUp is the owner of this data processing. This type of data colleciton is instrumental to the use of the platform and represents an integral part of the functionality of the message sending system.
